All orders are confirmed by email to the address you provide. Please check to verify the correct email address has been entered. Phone orders are also confirmed by email so please have your email address handy when placing your order by phone. All orders placed before 2 p.m. (Central Standard Time) are processed to India the same day. Orders are usually shipped to our warehouse within 5-7 business days. At that time we will check your order & shipped the same day by USPS Priority(2 days). RUSH NEXT DAY ORDERS for in stock merchandise will be shipped the same business day provided the order is received before 11:00am CST. If the order is received after this time, it will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed by the following Monday or the next business day. Shipping times vary by location. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided along with tracking information. Please Remember your order is coming directly from India which will originally take 5-7 business days for our warehouse to receive and ship out at that point.
Failed Deliveries/Refused Shipments/Incorrect Shipping Address/Delays
Orders will be shipped via USPS to the address provided. Tracking numbers are normally sent to your email address as soon as we receive them from our warehouse. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us immediately. Use your USPS tracking number to track your package in transit.
Incomplete or incorrect address information are the major cause for most shipment delays. Verify the address information on your order. Please be sure to include ALL information necessary (address, apt#, suite, etc.) to insure your package gets delivered and to the correct address. USPS and FedEx charges a service fee for address corrections. You will be charged for any additional fees caused by bad address information.
Unfortunately, Diva's Image cannot give special delivery instructions to the USPS delivery person and any such instructions will be ignored. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customers responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If there are mistakes and delays from our end, we will do our best to correct them. USPS occasionally loses a package or shipments are delayed (due to weather and other uncontrollable factors). If we make a mistake, we will do our best to fix it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping.
